About HPNA

The mission of the Highland Park Neighborhood Association is to foster social, recreational, beautifying and civic efforts intended to enhance quality of life within the Highland Park neighborhood.

Monthly Meetings

Every 3rd Tues., 6:30 - 8 pm.

Meetings are held in the Emerald Flats building at 750 Eastern Ave. NE. Check our website events calendar or Facebook for up-to-date meeting information.

Annual Meeting

Tues., October 17th, 2023, 6:30 pm.

Executive Board is elected for the annual term. All neighbors are encouraged to attend. Emerald Flats Auditorium, 750 Eastern Ave. NE.

The HPNA hosts a variety of neighborhood events, including picnics, neighborhood clean-ups, crime prevention and safety events, and the fabled Bus to Beer! excursion.
